First steps in 鈥榖ig鈥� school for reception pupils as they experience activities in and beyond the classroom听

Reception听pupils听took their first steps into 鈥榖ig鈥� school听last week.听

The year group has听settled remarkably well, impressing the teachers with听their听confidence, whilst听interacting听with听classmates听and听teachers. Despite being the first week of term,听new friendships have听already听started to form.听

In the classroom, pupils have enjoyed music, drama, physical education, and dance lessons.听Beyond the classroom,听they have already had their first taste of the听Woodland听School and听are looking forward to听swimming lessons听which start soon. These and other activities will help to听expand the听variety of sensory听experiences for our youngest pupils.
