Year听5听pupils听ventured over to听听to learn about all things听鈥楽pace and Earth鈥�.听The day involved an exciting array of interactive games听and activities, plus a visit to see a real telescope up close. This proved to be extremely popular amongst听the pupils.听听
They also听participated听in several workshops throughout the day. 鈥楻obot Arms鈥� was of particular interest. This听allowed students to听use听a robot听that听replicates听the Canadian arm robot used at the听International听Space听Station.听听
A听visit to the Destination Space Show听was a fitting finish听for听a great听day. This experience taught the pupils about how astronauts live in space, including the basics such as eating and sleeping.听听
